and I love it! It is super-fast and there is a great deal of control over the heat setting.

It's not necessarily true that an induction stove is expensive. They are just a little over what you'd pay for a regular electric or gas stove.

You can get a rebate of up to $840 on one if you use the Inflation Recovery Act rebates.
