I hate today

Today, is my hardest day of the year.
As I've stated, it's my KB, ( kitchen bitch) day. Turkeys doing great, just pulled my dough, and pounded it as it rises again, to make cinnamon rolls, for the 4 PM meal
I had gastric bypass, ( Rouen, the big one) 13 years ago, I take my surgery seriously.
I coded twice, since I had the surgery, now, very basic cinnamon rolls, Carmel sauce( home made, very simple) drizzled over top.
So why do I hate today?
4 pm, the dinner.
The people,
I'll eat what I normally eat, 3 Oz of turkey, a spoon of green bean casserole.
And spend, the next 2 hours, answering, the personal , questions.
As I said , I live in MAGA land.
I hate today.
