He is often going to tell you to do something he has no legal right to order you to do, and usually NOT something he "needs" you to do.

But beware. He may be the one getting fired afterward, and maybe even prosecuted, but he is armed, and might still beat the shit outta you first, if he doesn't shoot you outright. It is not always a docile situation.
