Allowing him to continue to do this is going to drastically hurt his case. If the whole deposition was like this, I can foresee the judge requiring him to sit for the deposition again, and to pay Dominion’s attorney fees for making and arguing the motion, and for the second deposition.

If Lindell is lucky.
