This was has been around for years. What really makes the border secure her in El Paso is having Border Patrol agents being spaced a mile apart 24/7. El Paso has one of the lowest crime rates of any US cities. I'll get over 400 for Day of the Dead. Many from Juarez who visit relatives and friends.
