since they haven't completely purged the federal government of every civil service employee employed prior to January 20, I expect those associated civil servants are still investigating and determining the scope and actors, and have to get the evidence ready for a grand jury at some point in the future, for potential indictments. So they aren't going to go willy-nilly blabbing about what they know about certain things at this stage.
