33. Constitutional conventions can't change the constitution

They can only propose amendments - ratification by the states is still required.

There won’t be a convention because mathematically, there aren’t enough red states left to reach the threshold to trigger one - they’d need one of the solid blue states to sign on and that’s not going to happen.
