That would be the option of setting up more immigration judges and providing legal assistance to needy immigrants and bolstering the State Dempartment to accelerate the visa process.

That would have been in the various "comprehensive immigration reform" bills that Repubs and trump have killed over the last 10 years or so.

As usual, Repubs offer no solutions, just exploitation of the issue for political reasons.
