I try not to be bigoted. Religion--practice (or not) what you want . . . but don't proselytize to me. After the seeing the spate of Christian Nationalist, and so many other professed Christians who don't follow the teachings of Jesus (love they neighbor, help the less fortunate, feed the hungry), I now view Christians (painted with a very broad brush) with a tad of disdain. If a workman feels the need, when soliciting my custom, to inform me "I'm a good Christian," I automatically strike him from my list. If he has to tell me he is christian, I assume it is because I would not recognize that persuasion by his behavior and ethics. Likewise, if I were an employer reading through applicants' resumes, I would immediately disqualify the applicant if he touted this on his CV.
