In 2019 Ferrero bought all of Kellogg's' non-cereal lines. WK Kellogg kept all the breakfast cereal business operations.

In the trade they got all the factories and kept them open.

This trade will make all Kellogg operations a subsidiary of Ferrero. Those guys are competent at business so I think this will go well.
