3. Scrapping "diversity" is so short-sighted

Those who are against "diversity" claim that the company needs to spend extra time and money training the "diversity" employees and it cuts into profits. While that may be true, in actual fact every tech company needs to train every new-hire, not just the "diversity" new-hires. If new employees aren't trained early, their work is usually substandard and retention is low.

It boils down to racism and sexism: white male bosses prefer white male workers, regardless of their qualifications.
