They can triangulate the location and height of the camera, the height of the perp, the park bench height, the trees.

That being said perp makes that look like a rather short park bench.

Boobs? How much can be read into that. Minimizer bra, jogger bra. What caught my attention were the videos going around corners. The figure really leaned to the inside. Would seem to me a characteristic that could be attributed to, perhaps, gender, fitness, or ethnicity - not perfect correlation but a piece of the puzzle .
