42. Hi, is that happening on PayPal or on DU?

Elad noted earlier that he ran into an error while testing, but he thought it might be intermittent, and it did not prevent the payment from going through (it basically happened on the thank you page).

However, I took a look and I don't see a payment from you today, so I think in your case this is a different issue -- the process is failing before the payment completes.

If this is happening on DU, please let me know and we should be able to fix it. If it's happening on PayPal, unfortunately that is outside our control -- you would have to contact their support to see if they can resolve it I'm afraid.
