107. I get that she was pissed that her car was towed,

and I admittedly have no idea what the circumstances were. Perhaps the towing was justified. Perhaps it wasn't. Frankly, i can imagine that I'd be tempted to have a few choice words for the towing company if I felt I had done nothing wrong and was being extorted. However, under no circumstances would I level personal insults critical of a clerk's weight, teeth, social status or anything else. Nor would I lord my education or job over anybody. That is the behavior of an asshole and should never be tolerated. Any complaints about the towing should have been addressed to the manager of the operation and should have been confined to the matter at hand. What she did was totally out of line, and since she did reference her job, she deserves to be held accountable with whatever disciplinary action her employer deems appropriate.
