(1,695 posts)In no way do I condone her horrible attitude. But I never understood people's desire to yank away someone's livelihood. "I don't like what she did, fire her!" It's crazy. She wasn't on the job.
Know I realize she's on TV and ESPN will not want the negative publicity, and I'm sure they'll take what they believe to be appropriate action. But the calls for termination are not an answer. This very site has had much nastier things posted about others. I wonder if they too should be fired. But I suppose it's different cause, they feel "just" in doing so. Anonymity helps, too.
It's a trend I see a lot these days on the Internet & on social media. "Fire them!!"
I find it distasteful. Just my 2 cents.
Lemme again say, she was acting like a complete snot and very elitist. Suspension seems appropriate.
