7. I see it a little different. The 74 million who voted for Trump were more than half of the total number who voted,.....

......not much more, but still more. Of all of those people who did not vote, whether registered voters or not, I believe a majority of them supported Trump and his onerous campaign of "retribution". I think that this group of supporters were more likely to be unregistered to vote or did not not bother to vote. In sum, they are "us".
