None? Then maybe Alito might want to listen to the experts. Alternatively, he could point out in what way the published scientific research might be biased. I know it will be difficult since the evidence doesn't support the conclusion that he really wants to reach.

Instead, he points out some general grievance (without supporting evidence) and applies it to this instance while providing no reason for that application.

Worst Supreme Court ever.
