50. ICE goons

My feeling is many of the recent ICE recruits are military or law enforcement wannabes who were rejected for their personalities or failed psych exams. They are bullies who want a gun and/or a badge so they legally become the sadistic bullies that seem to be the prototype for ICE agents.
