Not minimal continuing funding -- zero. No more employees, no more budget.

Disband ICE -- all about CONTROL and ENFORCEMENT -- and bring back INS, all about NATURALIZATION and SERVICE. Anus Orange and his minions changed the language to reflect their view of people, not the view assumed in the Constitution.
