To go in there and since the reason they are in Chicago in the first place has absolutely nothing whatsoever to do with violence or crime or uprising etc. and is only a political tool to suppress opposition and eventually arrest all opposition and eventually put military in everywhere Democrats vote, for all those reasons yes there is no intention to actually do anything necessary or important for the population.

Media will never say this and the Republican Party loves every minute of it.
