The grey-haired 4-star is the Commandant, US Marine Corps. To his right -- to the left in the photo -- is the Command Sergeant Major of the Army -- the SENIOR enlisted soldier in the Army. He is wearing a Combat Infantryman's Badge (CIB) which is awarded ONLY to soldiers who served IN GROUND COMBAT. And his has a wreth and a star, signifying THREE awards. He's wearing a Purple Heart, awarded ONLY for wonds received in combat. He's also wearing a Special Forces tab on his shoulder.

Hegseth is a failed National Guard major who is not fit to shine the CSM's boots.
