They are not trained professionals. They are hired thugs doing thug work. That's how gangs operate. If you give ICE any resistance of any kind, they just call for more thugs.
At some point they will meet a resistance they can't handle, which is why the Felon has called in the real professionals, illegally and inappropriately in most cases.
