to toeing the corporate line? --- I say, how was criticizing the established Power a corporate line? I think that Stephen's Catholic devotion vs MAHR's atheism? is also a factor.
But I was thinking about MAHR's silence this morning, specifically in his long parroting that he is the champion of interacting with adherents of different points of view, meaning MAGAs. So if he is so open minded, why does he have animus towards Stephen and not support (so far) him on the basis of free speech.

There's always been something I found off-putting about Maher. There's a nasty man.

I just think it's his demeanor. I don't like it. And I think he's truly a sexist and a pretty awful one.

As much as I dispise Maher, I would be very surprised if he didn't defend Colbert, and call out CBS.
