They fundamentally believe men should have more power than women, white people more power than black peoples, etc.

So rules and laws constrain the underclasses but not the overclasses.

They believe in throwing the book at those in a member of a underclass for suspicion of a minor transgression while pardoning and excusing a member of an overclass for even a conviction of felonies or violent crimes.

You see this again and again with what the media considers a "scandal" and everything about Donnie just makes it more obvious.
