Therefore, 4 NO votes are needed from Republicans. In a sane world, that should be easy - you would think no Senator would want to go on record as favoring destroying Social Security as this guy clearly wants to do - but at this point, we'll be lucky to get even one. Despite the near inevitability of his confirmation, all Republican Senators should be harassed constantly about it until the vote.
