The Supreme Court right wing is so at war with itself, that you cannot accurately predict whether they will or won't support Trump's most outrageous spending cuts, and a new 5-4 decision, with Chief Justice Roberts in the minority, to allow Trump to cut off aid to teachers in inner city schools without any notice or procedure, shows that this is once and for all the Amy Coney Barrett court.
