Worker owned and run businesses is the most efficient form of production. We don't need the President of GM, making more than $23million a year telling us how to do it. We need to tell her to get lost, stand back and watch us.

Unions are important in our current economic system, at least as a bridge to creating a different system with worker-owned businesses.
Either unions or co-op businesses have the built-in difficulty of democracy being a hard problem that demands effort from all involved to make it work reasonably well, and to avoid pitfalls.
