Judge orders return of mistakenly deported Maryland man Kilmar Abrego Garcia to US from El Salvador. - FIVE MINUTE NEWS

A U.S. judge has ruled that the Trump regime must return a Maryland man who was wrongly deported to El Salvador to the United States within three days, the latest legal setback for the administration's fascist deportation policies.

The U.S. has already acknowledged Kilmar Abrego Garcia - a Salvadoran migrant who lived in the U.S legally with a work permit - was deported in error last month when the government flew three planes of migrants alleged to have ties to violent gangs or immigration violations to the Central America country. - 04/05/2025.

Even though this administration is paying to keep him in prison - and they were ordered to turn the plane around while it was still in the air, but they ignored that order as well. TFG and his DOJ (Pam Bondi) believe they're above the law.

Indefinite paid leave because he didn’t zealously enough represent the government.

IOW, he too honestly answered the judges questions.

They’ll probably ask for an extension… 🙄

I can see how that would certainly go against the instructions from this administration.
