hotel should have kept her money and thrown her out. And that's after she was so horrible to her own child. These people hate even their own flesh and blood.

How miserable you must be to go off on someone different, minding their own business, when you should be relaxing and enjoying beautiful Hawaii. The hotel should not have refunded her anything - she brought this on herself.
