3. Exerting authority is everything to these

kinds of cops. Reason, decency etc. doesn't enter into it. They want every stop of any kind to end in some kind of penalty. Meanwhile we all know that there are certain bars where we live that are "cop bars" where they all go to drink. Then they go out and drive with impunity while lecturing everybody else and nailing them to the wall. That's just one example.

If the cop was aggressive, that’s not good either but nobody’s right here and he was pretty aggressive too. This stuff does us no good at all.
