What is not needed is political considerations when deciding on health care.

Political considerations lead to poor decisions like canceling children's cancer research and funding for the political agenda of the moment.

He "won" the election, so we must meekly ascend the scaffold and bare our necks to the blade, knowing full well the obscene magnitude of his unspeakable evil?
