Well guess what, Brianna is 42, and the call was to Blue Cross. Took less than a minute for me to find this. And there were the 3 words, "delay, deny, depose", but she also said "you people are next", and called them evil and deserving of karma. What if she HAD done something after this call, the police would have been in a world of trouble. Of course Thom leaves out 'the rest of the story'.
