ICE funding through reconciliation, but, I think it’s a win in the fact that Dems for once didn’t back down and Republicans will have to own ICE. We are out of power; so that is about the best we are going to get.

Considering there are now hundreds of these ICE idiots hanging out and being useless at major airports, not wearing masks, that would have seemed a pretty manageable take?

And since it is already long established principle that a warrant from a judge is needed to break into somebody's home, I am still stumped on why this wasn't nailed down.

So that's why it really isn't a problem for them, right now, to go with this Bill as long as they get to use their masks.

What that does mean is that we will have to fight harder in the courts. Until we have Congress, that's all we've got. It's tricky in places but we can do it if the vast majority is in with us.
