So let’s say the Senate doesn’t pass the funding for our ice
What’s that stopping the house and or Trump, etc. from pulling funding from something else and just giving it to ice they don’t even have to do it legally. They just have to pull it just like when he had doge go in and do crap.
As there’s so many things that they are not doing legally anyways
