Congress can subpoena Epstein birthday book from Epstein estate, Epstein victims' lawyer says - The Last Word - MSNBC

In a Last Word exclusive interview, Bradley Edwards, an attorney who has represented over 200 survivors of Jeffrey Epstein’s abuse, reveals that he believes the Jeffrey Epstein birthday book with a letter bearing Donald Trump’s name as reported first by The Wall Street Journal is in possession of the Epstein estate. Edwards also reacts to the treatment of Epstein’s victims in the coverage of the Trump-Epstein scandal. - Aired on 07/23/2025.

Good question! And wouldn't they want the original as the attorney said is included in Epstein's estate? Rhiannon12866 Thursday #8

And I think that Lawrence was, too.

Which, as the attorney said, is pointless unless the interviewer is familiar with the case. And Maxwell has nothing to gain by revealing anything, plus she was convicted of lying.

To turn the childhood of their victims into a commodity…

Those children have been damaged forever…

May Epstein + Trump + Maxwell + their ilk be pursued by the Hounds of Hell for eternity…

Lawrence asked him if DOJ could subpoena for the book in the morning, and he said yes, adding, they might already have it in their possession (original or copy).

I'm not sure exactly what this means.. if they have it, they wouldn't subpoena for the one the estate is holding? If they don't get the one that the estate holds, then we could get it. I'm sure that's the last thing they'd want, so what's to stop them?

I'm not sure what this means, either. If Bondi is the one who has access to it, the last thing she'd want is for it to be released. And I certainly wouldn't trust her to release anything that would implicate TFG. Sounds to me it's up to the Democrats to execute the subpoena - and any Republicans who are angry enough to want to learn the truth. But I'm sure that we haven't heard the end of this after Lawrence's forthcoming interview with the attorney for the victims.
