2. They dance around the subject constantly. The point of trmp's actions are disruption and making $$$$$$

They treat this as a feeble old man making erratic decisions for no purpose. But his friends/family are profiting on fore-knowledge of his "crazy" edicts. And the nation's adversaries, his real owners, are profiting on gutting our defenses and our society.

It's a brilliant strategy and only The Apprentice capo can make it happen.
