Of Walz is that he is able to eviscerate someone while maintaining the tone of voice one might use when saying happy birthday!

In this video clip, he talks about programs that governors are doing to pick up the slack from all the Trump trashing of programs that we have had. One example is providing breakfast for school kids. He notes that their scores went up after establishment of such a program.
