6. To Trump, the retribution legal actions are more of a distraction.

IMO, he'd be satisfied that his targets will waste time and money to sort out the issues.

And because it would be the federal government, and not Trump personally, I'm pretty sure that the "defendants" won't be able to claim and get paid attorneys fees.
