Can the IgnoreUs-Track trade authority voters be changed to IncludeUs-Track voters?

IMO overcoming this devastating procedure would entail changing Obama's stance and/or securing the necessary "NO" votes to send it into forgotten land.

The "NO" votes
!) Changing the IgnoreUS-Track dems to the IncludeUs-track dems won't be easy.
Remember the Obama/Dimon team working their undisclosed magic.
2)Changing the repub "Yes" votes to "No" may be a little easier.
a)Taking away Congresses constitutionally granted powers, the identical approach to dems,
could have an impact.
b)If we "TRULY" want to stop this, we mustn't ignore the anti-Obama sentiment that exists
with the repubs. How we cultivate this into enough "No" votes w/o offending some dems
will be tricky.

Changing Obama's stance
1) If anyone has any suggestions beyond a petition campaign, I would love to hear them.

Terminology
Would IgnoreUs - EmbraceUs or ExcludeUs - IncludeUs be more effective?

They are supposed to be working on our behalf. Apparently they have completely abandoned that concept.
