EuroLeague: Fenerbahce win derby, Paris suffer 4th consecutive defeat

The EuroLeague is back with five games on Friday night, continuing Round 19 after tipping off the new year on Thursday.

The evening starts at 18:45 CET with a crucial Istanbul derby between Fenerbahce (10-7) and Efes (10-8). Fenerbahce is desperate to end its three-game losing streak, during which its defense has struggled, allowing an average of 93.3 points per game.

Meanwhile, Efes will be looking for revenge after losing at home to Fenerbahce, 78-83, in Round 2. Interestingly, eight of the last ten meetings between these fierce rivals have been won by the away team.

At 20:15 CET, two teams in need of a fresh start clash as Paris (11-6) hosts Barcelona (9-9). Paris comes into the game on a three-game losing streak, while Barca is equally eager to turn its season around.
