A friend (as a newbie) forgot what they have to do to be able to start a discussion.

I've forgotten, since it's been over 4+ yrs for me.

Vaguely thinking you have to rec a certain number of posts first?
I could be totaly wrong on this!

She writes a lot of informationl stuff.

Of course I read a lot items here for information, but I like to interact as well.
