I think Buddism is a network of friends.
Or perhaps Buddism is the practice of reflecting and meditating on cannabis buds.
The real lesson of the video is to distrust emotions and especially to let go of negative emotions. Everyone is fighting a massive struggle for life the best they know how, even if their understanding is flawed and they are meaning to harm people.
When there is harm or potential harm and we want to do something about it, let go of the anger and keep the steely cold determination to do the right thing.
