Sort of a "two parter". She's scheduling for knee replacement in Nov I'll ask for that specifically later when the date is reconfirmed. She's gotten gel shots for several years for the pain.

Tied into that she reccently went on vacation and got anxious about walking around (in an unfamiliar place), plus she had trouble walking on the beach which really unnerved her, so her fruend had to help her.

Sh's been back 10 days still with, or increased anxiety walking around. Whether it's actually worse (it could be the beach experience might have thrown something a bit more off kilter), or the anxiety is doing it which I understand. She's just gotten meds for her jitters.

So her affirmation is "I walk with ease, and confidence".

I'm sorry she's going through this. Anxiety is so awful. May she have some peace and calm. The anxiety can wear you out and that makes anything physical so much worse.

I hope she can get some good, deep, healing sleep and that her mind can calm. That's a great affirmation.
