She talks about the shower being her “ blank“ brain space.

There is a YouTube video of Teresa Caputo, the Long Island, medium, having a brain scan. In this video they show (the neurologist) her scan, and it is almost all blue. This, I think, means that Teresa is able to completely clear her mind of “clutter“.

I think it is also what Libby means when she says “blank brain space.“

I have learned that as little as 20 minutes a day of clearing your brain of clutter can increase your psychic abilities.

That sounds like a small amount of time, doesn’t it? And the truth of the matter is it is a small amount of time. The problem is that it is very difficult to do this for 20 minutes.

I also thought it was interesting how she told us about her guides– – their personalities, names, etc..
