and heard some chanting coming from a house and stopped to listen. Got invited in and taught this meditation. That was in 1968 and have used it all of this time.
I repeat it while on my hour walk or slow jog about every other day.

Yes, has a calming effect on the mind.
Cant believe it but I drove to a place in Queens to learn it.
Now you couldnt get me to drive to Queens for anything.
