The Origin of the Yin Yang Symbol

I read this explanation years ago, and thought the members of this group would be interested.

Yin Yang is not a symbol of evil, but was used to measure the seasons.

I had no idea it was an actual pictorial representation of the seasons.
I've never heard it referred to as evil either though.

Yin Yang are not originated from China. In Romania are found traces of this symbols 6000 BC (from Tracia)

Romania is pretty much the old Roman Province of Dacia, while Tracia is divided among three nations but south of Romania.
