‘False teacher’: Trump’s pick to head the ‘White House faith office’ roils some fellow Christians

Paula White, a millionaire televangelist who speaks in tongues, was criticized for an alleged cash-for-blessings scheme

On the campaign trail, Donald Trump repeatedly promised to “protect religious liberty”, and two weeks after his inauguration he acted: creating a “White House faith office”, which will be led by Paula White, a millionaire televangelist known to speak in tongues who called the Black Lives Matter movement the “Antichrist” and once encouraged people to buy “resurrection seeds” for $1,114.

The move brought renewed focus on White, Trump’s longtime spiritual guru. And for White, not all of it will be welcome.

In March, she was criticized over an alleged cash-for-blessings scandal, while other rightwing Christians are unhappy with her new government role, with one describing White as “100% a false teacher”.

White will be “senior adviser” of Trump’s faith office, which Trump announced along with an executive order which created a “Task Force to Eradicate Anti-Christian Bias”.

Task Force to Eradicate Anti-Christian Bias

. Bias is an internal concept. The admin could work to end discrimination against christians (which doesn't exist, AFAIK). You can't change people's minds without brainwashing them... but then, they've done one hell of a job of doing just that with the Magas.

Bias/discrimination... sex/gender Anything that isn't black or white, they're clueless.

And the White House Faith Office actually began under GW Bush (if not under Reagan). Normally filled by a Graham, they've become dangerous since they lost their old man. This Paula White, tho, really does take the cake. The kind of anti-christ their bible warned them against... false prophet. This is a pet peeve of mine, because I see no cause to have this office and, under the thought of separation of church and state, is unconstitutional... especially because under repugs, it's only concerned with xtians... and just a narrow slice of christianity, at that. At least under the D's, the office also saw other religions were represented, like Judaism and Hinduism.
