Related: About this forumFormer MLB pitcher Randy Johnson has become a professional photographer.
About 24 years ago he famously hit a dove with a pitch.
Further, "On May 18, 2004, Randy Johnson, pitching for the Major League Baseball Arizona Diamondbacks, threw a perfect game, beating the Atlanta Braves 20 at Turner Field in Atlanta before a crowd of 23,381. (74,758 posts)1. Excellent!
I always enjoyed watching him throw. So glad he is enjoying his much deserved retirement from baseball.

(349 posts)2. I like seeing retired players take up careers outside of baseball.
Khris Davis, who led the MLB in home runs in 2018, actually went to trade school and became an auto mechanic.

Very interesting article, thank you for sharing it, George!
I would love to see his show at the museum in Cooperstown. I would love to see Cooperstown period!!
Never been there.
I wonder if he ever took any pictures of baseball games.
