Nephew sent a dark humor joke

Dad and son are visiting. Dad says, "Hey want to see a card trick?" Son says, "Sure." Dad pulls a deck of cards out of his pocket, and says, "Pick a card, any card." Son picks a card, and Dad falls over dead of a heart attack. After the funeral, the son is at the lawyer's and the lawyer says, "This envelope is for you from your father." The son opens the envelope and pulls out a note and the Queen of hearts. The note says, "Is this your card?"
