Milbank has been representing Cathy Harris in her suit over her firing from the MSPB. Will they continue doing so?

I think her lawyers may be ethically obligated to leave the firm now.

They can't just leave her in the lurch and withdraw, but their firm has created a conflict for itself.

And if the firm's ethics counsel signed off on it, run. Or if it didn't consult ethics counsel, also run.

In fact, just run.
